Emily Bronte Emily Bronte was one of three sisters who became acclaimed authors. Emily's just novel is Wuthering Heights, which was distributed in December of 1847. Emily was from the Yorkshire town of Haworth. Emily was conceived on July 30, 1818 to Reverend Patrick Bront? what's more, Marie Branwell Bront?. She was the fifth offspring of six. The town of Haworth was exceptionally detached. Two years after they moved to Haworth, Mrs. Bront? passed on of malignant growth. In 1824 the four oldest young ladies were sent to Cowan Bridge School, a school for the little girls of ad libbed ministers. The conditions there were exceptionally unfortunate, and accordingly Emily's oldest sisters, Maria and Elizabeth passed on and Charlotte turned out to be extremely sick.
